Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Orders received and unopened, subject to returns authorisation. To gain authorisation, please email us via the contacts page and quote your invoice number.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Unopened goods in original condition accepted subject to authorisation within 48hours 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
2 Barkly Street, Brighton VIC 3186

HOW do customers return items?
A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.

SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping subject to customers expense except in the case that the wrong goods have been despatched, then shipping will be refunded or credited.

CREDIT for returns?
If payment was made by a Credit Card then the same card will be credited for the goods.  If the payment is on account then the account will be credited. No cash refunds.

Packing materials?
Items must be in the original packaging and unopened.
